The Residence

Run directly by the owners, the apartment is located in a modern building in the higher part of San Vincenzo around 700 metres from the sea and the centre of the town.

From this lofty position guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the coastline sweeping from Castiglioncello to the Gulf of Baratti, most of the Tuscan Archipelago and the beautiful island of Elba.

Far from the traffic and noise of the centre, the Residence  offers its guests a peaceful stay with all modern comforts.
All apartments are spacious and elegant, with a balcony and sea-view. A large outside area and garage are available for car-parking; there is also a supermarket a few minutes' walk away.

The climate is generally mild; those few rainy days offer you a unique pleasure of getting to know the Costa degli Etruschi in its wintry guise

The sports centre is run by Giorgia, famous choreographer and former aerobics and jazz-dance champion, and Carlo, ISEF certified instructor. There is a swimming pool for adults and older children as well as a baby pool, a gym equipped with the latest in gym equipment, as well as a small bar.
